These Terms govern your access to and use of the My Perfect Writing educational support platform. Please read them carefully.

My Perfect Writing is an educational support platform that connects Users with resources for enhancing learning and academic skills. My Perfect Writing is not a direct provider of educational content but facilitates access to various educational tools and resources.
By using the My Perfect Writing Platform, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old, or if you are 16–17, that you have the permission of a parent or legal guardian and the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. My Perfect Writing is available to global users, and by using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all the eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access or use the My Perfect Writing Platform.
My Perfect Writing serves as a marketplace to connect Users with educational resources and tools. We do not provide these services directly; instead, we facilitate your access to a network of educational content providers.
Users can browse and utilise various tools and resources to aid their educational pursuits on the My Perfect Writing Platform. Each resource will have its own scope of work, usage terms, and descriptions as provided by the content creators.
Users are responsible for evaluating the suitability of various resources and complying with any terms set forth by content providers when engaging with the content.
Any business transactions or engagements regarding the purchase of educational tools or resources occur directly between you (the client) and My Perfect Writing. We are responsible for providing the services as described on the Platform, and you agree to pay for these services according to the terms provided at the time of purchase.
If you ask our Support Team to place an order on your behalf (rather than placing it yourself), the order date and time will be recorded based on the local time at our Company's registered office in England (UK time, i.e., GMT/BST as applicable). This ensures consistency in how we process and track all orders, regardless of where you are located.
My Perfect Writing ensures the quality and accuracy of the services provided but is not responsible for personal interpretations or the application of educational content. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation).

My Perfect Writing reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the My Perfect Writing Platform at any time, without notice, for any reason or no reason at all, including if My Perfect Writing determines that you have violated any provision of these Terms. Please note that any outstanding payment obligations will survive the suspension or termination of your account.
To access certain features of the My Perfect Writing Platform, you may be required to provide certain registration details or other information. Registering on our platform may involve providing your name and email address, connecting through third-party social media applications, or using a Google account. This creates your user ID and password, which you can use as long as your account remains active and up-to-date.
It is a condition of your use of the My Perfect Writing Platform that all the information you provide is correct, current, and complete. Your registration and any other information you provide on the platform are governed by our Privacy Policy, and you consent to all actions we take with respect to your information consistent with our Privacy Policy.
If you are provided with or create a username, password, or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that your account is personal to you and agree not to provide any other person with access to this platform using your username, password, or other security information. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to or use of your username or password or any other breach of security. Exercise particular caution when accessing your account from a public or shared computer so that others are not able to view or record your password or other personal information.
We reserve the right to disable any username, password, or other identifier, whether chosen by you or provided by us, at any time if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms.
All information we collect on the My Perfect Writing Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the My Perfect Writing Platform, you consent to all actions taken by us with respect to your information in compliance with the Privacy Policy, the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 (as applicable).
The My Perfect Writing Platform may offer message boards, forums, chat rooms, and other interactive features (collectively, "Interactive Services") that allow users to post, publish, display, or transmit content or materials (collectively, "User Contributions") to other users or persons on or through the Platform.
Any User Contribution you post to the site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By posting User Contributions on the My Perfect Writing Platform, you grant us and our affiliates, licensees, successors, and assigns the right to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose to third parties any such material for any purpose.

By using the My Perfect Writing Platform, you consent to receiving communications from us about the My Perfect Writing services via SMS, text message, email, and other electronic means, including automated messages containing service information and/or marketing messages where permitted by law. Your carrier's normal messaging, data, and other rates and fees will apply. Opting out of receiving marketing messages is possible at any time, although operational communications related to your activities on the Platform may continue as necessary. Where required by applicable law (including the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR)), we will obtain your consent before sending electronic marketing.
If you change or deactivate the mobile phone number you provided to us, you must promptly update your account information to ensure that messages are not sent to the person who acquires your old number.
Users may purchase services through the My Perfect Writing Platform. You agree to pay the total fees indicated for these services. Where applicable, the total fees will include taxes compliant with local laws, including VAT where chargeable.
Must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to receive a full refund of any fees paid.
In cases of emergency beyond the control of parties, such as natural disasters, My Perfect Writing may issue refunds or credits at its discretion.
If My Perfect Writing determines that a service was not provided as agreed, it may cancel the service and issue a full or partial refund.
Cancellations should be made through the mechanisms provided on the My Perfect Writing Platform. The effective date of cancellation is the date the cancellation is processed through the Platform.
All financial transactions for services on the My Perfect Writing Platform occur directly between you, the client, and My Perfect Writing as the service provider. My Perfect Writing is responsible for billing and collecting payments from clients for services rendered through our platform.
If there is a disagreement or dispute regarding payment, My Perfect Writing will directly handle inquiries and resolutions. We are committed to ensuring a fair and prompt resolution of any issues that may arise. It is essential that you contact us immediately if you believe there has been an error in billing or if you are dissatisfied with the service provided.
By providing a payment method, you authorise us to charge for any purchased services as they become due. You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date payment information.
You are solely responsible for paying any taxes resulting from transactions made on the My Perfect Writing Platform to the extent such taxes are properly due from you. This includes, without limitation, any applicable taxes on fees paid through the Platform.
My Perfect Writing respects the intellectual property rights of others and adheres to applicable UK law, including the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless My Perfect Writing and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with (i) your access to or use of the Platform; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your User Contributions caused damage to a third party.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not in any way be affected or impaired. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and My Perfect Writing regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
